We accepted this offer nine days after our listing went live! On both counts this was an outstanding and astounding result for us! We accepted an offer five days after going live but this pair continued to promote our property in the pre-tender phase and a further four days later, we settled for an amount considerably higher than we had initially accepted. We put our home on the market in what (in hindsight) was probably the worst time from a marketing and economic climate point of view.
