Robi has done an incredible job all the way through my selling process. From going through my home and suggesting what to remove to give the best sense of space and how to go through my stuff to decide what to keep, what to pass on, what to throw out and if there are any undecideds to put them aside. After a few minutes I rarely had anything undecided. And most things were handled only once, another piece of valuable advice. Then when it came to the marketing she suggested the right options to get to the market that was most likely to want to view my home. She was right too as it was an Auckland buyer who saw it online due to the package. Even when there seemed to be stumbling blocks along the road, she was calm and explained things fully and gave me options of how to deal with things, plus her advice gained from many years on the business. Her kindness, energy and empathy to me through what was an incredibly stressful and emotional time for me, as I had not intended to sell my home or move to another city until circumstances changed. If anyone wants a salesperson who stands beside you the whole way through, then Robi is the one to select. I wholeheartedly recommend her for the sale of what is usually our most valuable asset as well as our nest or castle. Robi is great at negotiating, at marketing and at supporting both me the seller but also the buyers through this process that is not something the public experience very often.
