I looked at a lot of Agents when I wanted to sell my house. I had no time for them as they were very critical of the property and told me do all sorts of things to the house so they could sell it. well here is the problem, they get paid upwards of 30K to sell the house so sell it as you are asked to do, don't expect me to make your job easier at a lot of money to sell it, and then expect the same commission.
