Great communication and no pressure
We were not the preferred purchaser by the vendor and when the preferred purchaser pulled out Rob was very efficient in communicating with us to get our new offer accepted. The process of getting to unconditional was complex but Rob provided support throughout the process and put no pressure on us. Rob has arranged access before settlement so that we can prepare for moving in. Thanks Rob
