Over the summer of 2024 and then in the winter of 2026, I have had the good fortune to working with skilled Harcourts Taradale's real estate agent, Rob Nunziante. He has brought years of confidence and experience to his advice he has given me, and always speaks and explains real estate situations clearly, calmly, and with easy-to-understand language. He has shown me patience when I thought I wanted to sell my property in December 2024, but decided not to, and then requested him again in June 2026 to resume the sale. He is always tolerant and obliging whenever my household is not in a space to hold an open home for any reason. Rob has always shown humanity and warmth when we have discussed the issues of selling; he is always careful and meticulous when we are choosing either words to say or photographs to upload for advertisements; his advice in selecting selling offers has been second to none; and hence I have no problems in recommending Rob as a top-notch real estate agent to anyone needing real estate advice.

Rod was great to deal with. He was easy to communicate with and showed he is really passionate about his work

Right from the start, Rob made us feel comfortable and offered excellent ideas, was fantastic with support often going over and above around the open homes. He is honest and straight up, something we value highly. He was encouraging and we felt safe with him every step of the way. In a word "Magic"..... absolutely one of the very best you could have .

Thank you 🙏 for helping me own my first home 🏡 again thank you 🙏 so much boss

Sat and explained everything through every stage, was very encouraging and helpful.

Rob is friendly, open and trustworthy. He kept us well updated through the process and was always quick to respond to any queries we had. Thanks Rob!

Friendly and approachable. Always responded to queries straight away. Vast experience & knowledge so able to give good advice. Got the house sold in record time!

We met Rob when our son was buying a house , he ended up selling our son his first house . Rob impressed with his honesty most of all and his ability to translate the difficult into the achievable . Rob has a sound market knowledge and sees well versed in all aspects of house selling .

Working with Rob has been wonderful as he walked my family and I through every individual step concerning our purchase. We will be sure to work with him again.

Rob was a great agent to work with for the purchase of our home. He was professional and helpful throughout the process. He communicated clearly with us the whole way through and made the whole purchase process run seamlessly. Rob's guidance through the multi-offer process was much appreciated and we are thrilled to have purchased our next family home through him.

We engaged Robert because of a previous great success selling a home some years ago. We were impressed with his friendly outgoing manner and his directness - a no-nonsense approach. So when it came to selling our family home of 35 years, Robert was a natural choice. We thought his market knowledge was 'right on the money,' and his appraisal was very realistic - a bit higher than those of other real estate agents, but he could see the property's strengths and selling points, and set the marketing strategy accordingly. Robert stated from the outset that the house would sell quickly, and he was true to his word. Within six days Robert brought 10 offers for us to consider, and we settled on one that suited us best. Robert promised us the best deal, and very promptly delivered on it. Don't be fooled by his quiet nature and disarming smile - in the background he is pedaling hard, getting the best result through knowledge of the market AND the buyers' needs, regular communication, and a great work ethic. Well done, Robert.

Rob showed great resilience and skill to eventually get this property sold
