From start to finish Rob was on the ball , with great communication throughout the process we were always up to date, and he worked hard to get a great result , would highly recommend Rob if you are looking to sell your home you will be disappointed.
It was stressful with our first home purchasing process but Robert helped me a lot and definitely made it much easier for us! He was the expert and patiently guided us and helped us understood what we needed. He is also a hard-worker, a problem-solver, explained my concers very well and always came back to me with a solution. We could never purchase this house without his help! We are grateful and very happy with our purchase. Thank you again Rob for taking care of us, we really appreciated it :)
Rob was invested right from the start with selling our property. He was flexible and worked hard to meet our time constraints. Even when challenges arose he was solution focussed and communicated with us constantly. We appreciate Rob's efforts and because of him we were able to move onto our next venture.
In a challenging market Rob has just sold my house. He was always very approachable, friendly and professional and went over and above what I expected of an agent.
Excellent experience selling through Rob, made everything incredibly easy by always being available and transparent throughout the whole process.
Rob was clear, easy to communicate with and provided a very transparent process for our sale. He was quick to respond, gave us all the options at every stage and walked us through the pros and cons of each. Highly recommend and will work with him again definitely.
Robert has been excellent dealing with my 83yr old father throughout the process of selling Dad's home. He has been very professional, patient and understanding while communicating with Dad, taking into account his deafness and need for repeated explanations. I particularly like his integrity and his down to earth manner, paired with a genuine caring for doing the best for his clients. This is the fourth time I have had occasion to use/recommend Robert's services and I sincerely wish him continued success selling real estate here in Hawkes Bay.
I have worked with Rob for both selling and purchasing property. He is honest, genuine and always wants the best for his clients. Rob is highly motivated making the process easy and stress free. We look forward to working with Rob in the future.
Rob is easy to deal with and helpful in all situations, we got the desired result within a great timeframe and Rob went the extra mile in all instances.
Robert was extremely approachable, friendly and refreshingly honest. He worked very hard to make the sale happen under extenuating circumstances during lockdown. His communication was excellent, easy to understand and very prompt in responding,
Rob was very professional and was always willing to go out of his way to help. But when it came down to things, we set a tight deadline, and on top of this, we had just put the house on the market and in less than a week went into Lockdown. We were supprised with getting two offers in such a short time while in Lockdown. With all the research, and advice we were given by many, the reality on the day comes down to what the Market is prepared to pay, what conditons are in the offers, and how it fits with your individual circumstances. Rob worked with us when we had made our decision on which offer to accept, and with his assistance we were able to get the sale over the line. Thanks for everything Rob,
The reason my wife and I chose Rob is because he came across as being hard working and thorough in a professional manner. Once we had listed our property we soon discovered we had made the right choice. We would not hesitate to list with Rob again.
