I’m aware that an agent is such for the benefit of the vendor not the purchaser, so as such I was not expecting much help. However Robert was extremely helpful where he could be, fast and decisive in action and warm and friendly to talk with over the phone. Went out of his way to adapt to the fact that I was travelling at the time.
