Kia ora, Robert knows his market...he was perfectly persistent without being pushy. I appreciated the nudges that kept me on track as I was particularly busy with other things. The timeframe was tight for me but got it done, however I could've done my due diligence more proficiently...(not Robert's fault) and became reliant upon the vendor's documentation. Robert communicated clearly and honestly with me throughout the process,helping me to decide to go to market and choose the method of sale.
