Good market knowledge and communication

With the sudden death of a relative, we were faced with the shock of a badly maintained 'hoarder's' double unit. After the initial clearance we were at a loss as to how much to spend and what to target, to get the property ready for market. Rob was the experienced voice of reason we needed to help with what to prioritize, in order to not over capitalize. He even put us onto an excellent and reasonable builder for repairs. The selling process went faster and more smoothly than we expected; largely due to Rob's hard work and prompt communication. We recommend his skill to anyone needing a reliable real estate agent.
