When I've met Chris few years ago and he said he would like to sell my house, I've never even thought about selling my house. Somehow he's decided to phone me at the right time and voila - it was like waiting for his call. He's done great job in selling my house promptly and effortlessly (more on my side than his) and was listening to me all the time and giving me feedback and reporting what was going on.
