Ricky is a natural with his great people skills and keeping potential buyers interested and informed, working with people is a definite strength of his. I also appreciated the time he took to talk to us as vendors and answering our questions. He isn't so focused on being able to answer questions around the selling process and paperwork, but his other skills make up for this.
