Ricky was welcoming and friendly, knowledgeable about the above property however we felt that he was not enthusiastic about the process and didn’t bat for the buyers only the sellers as we wanted to view the property more than once we felt like we were an inconvenience and it was only after a stern email and asking for the third time that we were allowed to view the garage. We also felt like the communication could of been better as he would say I’d let you know by such and such a time but that deadline came and went so I would have to be on to him to get an answer. It was nice to receive a congratulations gift package and follow up email to see how the house was going for us both were unexpected but very thoughtful. We wish you well in your career. Ricky recently sold our house in Waikanae. We unfortunately waited a bit long before selling and the market had cooled by the time the house went on the market. Ricky went the extra mile to make sure that the house sold in this difficult market. He did this by working closely with potential buyers and ourselves to determine whether a deal could be made and didn't give up when it looked like a deal was flagging.
