Ricky was welcoming and friendly, knowledgeable about the above property however we felt that he was not enthusiastic about the process and didn’t bat for the buyers only the sellers as we wanted to view the property more than once we felt like we were an inconvenience and it was only after a stern email and asking for the third time that we were allowed to view the garage. We also felt like the communication could of been better as he would say I’d let you know by such and such a time but that deadline came and went so I would have to be on to him to get an answer.
