Richard and Rebecca managed the appraisal, auction and subsequent post auction processes very well. I have dealt with them previously and would readily use their services again. They did not over promise and under-deliver as unfortunately many in their profession tend to. They kept me informed throughout and were flexible in their approach, their negotiation process and overall got a result for me I was comfortable with.
