I always felt Richard and Rebecca truly wanted the best outcome for me as the seller. They have a genuine negotiating style without being pushy but also kept their finger on the pulse with following up on possible offers. It was a difficult market for vendors so it was beneficial having the ongoing open homes which were well run by Richard and Rebecca. I was happy with the level of communication either by email , txt or WhatsApp and always felt I was able to make the phone call when necessary.
