Richard assisted us with purchasing a property which has involved a line of transactions involving 4 properties. He has been clear on his communication and worked well juggling the different interested parties. Richard was knowledgeable about the property we were purchasing and what he didn't know, he quickly got an answer to.

Richard was very accomodating in handling our questions and requests and kept us in the loop all of the way through the buying process.

Would like to say thank you for always being onto things, we were purchasing and found it an easy process sorting the contract and having questions answered.

The agent didnt know much anout the porperty and when i asked her to ask a question to the vender it took her two weeks to get back to me which was the morning of the auction, resused to work in with my agent i was working with, and poor communication with me. She Left the auction as soon as she could, and promise of gift which after two weeks of being in the house, i havnt heard anything. Just a very poor experience, I wouldn't recommend to anyone
