Bought this section a while ago, and started finding out things after purchasing such as local soil characteristics (subsequently over paying) and the fact there is a large tree stump in the middle (section was described as “flat”) I relied on the agent disclosing everything I needed to know however this was not the case. What else doesn’t he tell you? Steer clear just to be safe

Paul and his team did an excellent job in enabling my Mum's house to be sold. It came at a difficult time in the housing market with house prices starting to fall and fewer individuals able to obtain deposits for homes.
