Above and beyond second time round Paul sold our first home and sold us our new build, so we knew he was the man for the job. We signed on when the market was still strong, but over the Xmas break, the market drastically shifted. What should have taken 10 days, took 4 months to sell. During that stressful time (as we were unconditional and bridging on our new house) Paul and Richard went above and beyond to get our house sold. When people said change agents, we KNEW that team Butcher was doing everything in their power, including offering up some of their commission to get it sold. The communication and commitment never wavered. Extra phone calls to check in on us were also appreciated. Although we didn't end up with the $$ we were hoping for due to the change in the market, we got the end result of a SOLD sign as I watch other houses similar still sit on the market to date. Would absolutely use Paul again if we were ever to sell this house!
