Well! Where do we start to write about our Richard experience. The first word that comes to mind is, AMAZING! We had a very difficult piece of land on the market. A LOT of council and engineering problems to navigate. We were constantly on the phone to Richard. Every time he picked up it was like we were the only ones in his busy life! Always extremely helpful, full of knowledge and very very pleasant. Thank you Richard, we so appreciate all you did for us. Colleen and Ian
