Richard proved phenomenally successful in Marketing our property with robust skillset & knowledge
During 2019 we marketed our home with two local companies with no joy and were feeling very disheartened with the sales process.
The highlight of 2020 for us was certainly meeting and entering into a agreement with Richard Laery and Luke Nobilo of New Zealand Sotheby’s International Realty. We chose Sotheby’s for their capacity to reach a wider audience through their national and international marketing platforms. This proved phenomenally successful in short time frame of seven weeks including a robust marketing campaign. The marketing of our Papamoa property commenced in January 2020. On expert advice by Richard and Luke, we had our house staged which had a profound impact on the marketing of our home.
Richard and Luke stayed positive and co-operative every day and kept in control and constantly marketed the positive attributes of our home while maintaining consistent contact with us.
We received multiple offers including one from outside the region, with Richard and Luke’s expertise and skills coming into play a successful offer from a young family was accepted late February. Seven weeks from going to market until the contract was signed and delivered was a huge achievement in our opinion and we attribute this achievement to the highly professional and extremely committed performance of our dedicated agents at Sotheby’s.
It is with confidence and pride that we recommend both Richard and Luke as sales professionals of choice to market any property in the New Zealand market, they certainly went above and beyond to ensure a win-win outcome and exceeded our expectations.
Aside to the above, Sotheby’s was more expensive than the local operators. However, the service, marketing and whole experience was something that we wished we had received initially. We only wish we had contacted Sotheby’s first and eliminated the stress that overwhelmed us during 2019.
I wholeheartedly recommend Richard as the best realtor experience I've had.
