We have had previous experience of agents talking a house up to secure a listing, then once you are signed up they start talking the property down to make a faster sale. Richard and Susie were quite the opposite: they took a very flexible approach and made it clear that they would continue to do whatever was best for us if circumstances changed. In a hot market, another agent might have pushed us to take an easy sale. Instead Richard and Susie worked to give prospective buyers the best opportunity to see and consider the property, and never rushed us. We ended up with multiple offers, including several that were considerably higher than the range other agents had quoted us. We have personally seen other 'prestige' agents talk about sellers and properties in ways that contradicted their brand image, but Richard and Susie acted with class and integrity throughout.
