Richard encouraged us to be the decision makers after we discussed options. He was in touch regularly and gave us a regular report on alerts, visits to the section, private inspections and enquiries. Clearly Richard did the followup work with interested parties as the section sold more quickly than we expected. All necessary paperwork was supplied and sign off was easily achieved.
