Richard managed to sell our waihi property at the worst of times. The sale took negotiation and Richard literally sold the property for us via communicating going back to an interested party and was proactive. Appreciated. Prices are not great but Richard did try to sell for us at a price we wanted for some time testing the market. It is sometimes better to go with a smaller brand and this was the case we potentially could have achived a faster sale but we were reluctant to let go pf such a good property in this market. We feel that we did do our best and Richard qas prepared to work through this with us. Good overall service and as we had already been referred with positive feedback we would certainly do the same. Totslly recommend professional and proactive.

Richard worked well with our very limited viewing times, due to our operating accomodation business, and pine tree logging which was happening during his listing of our property. He communicated positively, and showed flexibility, and was motivated in organising suitable viewing times, and communicating these with us, keeping us updated well of any potential buyers, marketing and progress towards a sale.

Didn't understand the property he was selling enough, and was given the information from the vendors but didn't familiarise himself well enough so he couldn't answer the questions that were put to him. Was too quick in writing an offer off when the property was up for negotiation which led to the vendors taking the lead to try and get the deal done. Lacked any follow-up, and kept pushing other properties' values however none were relevant to this property so had blinkers on and was not open to trying to work with both parties on securing a deal. Had unrealistic values in his head to values, and when we first went to the office he gave a price guide for the property that was fine and we proceeded to view however when it came time to work with the agent trying to get the deal done he had other values that were over 500k higher than he originally indicated.
