Wei Sen’s first visit was very friendly. Our memory of his second visit was a lot of rambling & not to the point. We did not meet Richard Hartles. We were disheartened with Wei Sen’s initial value of where he thought the property value was. We were thrilled with the auctioneer & his performance as he got closer to what we initially thought the property was worth.
