Rich was such a great agent. We had a few issues with a previous agent from another agency, and when we approached Rich and asked him to take on the listing, he stepped up in every way. Communication was perfect, we felt like we were always informed of what was going on and always in a timely manner. When knew the house was in a safe pair of hands with the team for open homes, he listened and took on board what we thought were the best selling features. If you are looking for an agent to sell your home, I would 1000% reccommend Rich and his team.
