Ray did such a great job selling my house under difficult circumstances. I can't thank him enough for the help he gave me finding trade people for repairs and work around the property. Overall the property was marketed well through professional home staging and photography. There was a lot of interest through the Trade Me advertising with nearly 2000 hits in the first week I think it was. The 3 weekends of Open Homes were successful but as expected a lot of interest fell away due to the recent flooding event. In saying that the house went to auction and sold at a price that I was happy with.
