Very responsive, professional with great communications skills and a kind and approachable manner. There was support every step of the way through assisting with the sale of my apartment. Great follow up calls after each open home to provide an update. Thanks again for your service!

Ramon was very helpful right from the start when we were purchasing our property. He made it easy to view it, was always there to answer questions, and was quick with all of his communications. He made it a simple and easy process.

Since Ramon managed the sale of our apartment, we have dealt with many real estate agents in the purchase of our new place and Ramon stands above the majority. He has huge knowledge and experience but most of all he is honest and transparent. His customer service skills standout as he communicates with you every step of the way - you know exactly where you are. He took the stress out of the sales process which is a skill. Professional and very enjoyable to deal with. Can't rate highly enough.

Ramon is my hero: three days from my property going online to signing an unconditional offer! And this, after three months of uncessful marketing with another agent. From the first meeting we had Ramon made me feel comfortable and regarded. He has clear ideas about the marketing, how the property has to look like for the sale, the appropriate price. He is a lovely young man, very helpful, very kind and... kind of good personality reader: when he told me "And now I have your new property to show you" I thought "yeah, right..." As a matter of fact it was!

We visited an open home Ramon had on the day before an offer was due and liked it enough to make a last-minute offer. As a first-time buyer in NZ, this was a foreign process and Ramon was there through from the offer stage to getting our keys. It was a longer process than normal, but Ramon communicated everything very well and very flexible to our schedule. It was a much more pleasant experience than I had expected.

We recently sold our house through Ramon and we were so impressed with the clear communication we received throughout the whole process. He is very experienced with his knowledge and he made the process really positive. We are so grateful for the work he put in and we couldn’t recommend him more. Thanks so much Ramon

Ramon and the extended Tommys team were absolutely brilliant when we recently sold our home. On top of the marketing package Ramon put together, he was able to get multiple viewings through his and the other Tommy’s agents existing network. This really shows the benefit of working with an established, experienced agent. The service we received was second to none, he explained his reasoning behind every decision that was made and clearly communicated every step of the way. I highly recommend Ramon to anybody looking to sell their home. Thanks Ramon

From his first appraisal/presentation we were impressed with Ramons knowledge, marketing plan and dedication. He offered us advice on how to attract buyers, worked with us to arrange suutable times for Open Homes and kept us informed along the way. When we had an unexpected issue with a Code of Compliance Ramon worked tirelessly to offer information and advice, and really helped us to navigate our way through the process. Ramon had a good working relationship with mortgage brokers, solicitors and council staff and was able to source information quickly and offer advice and solutions. We really would have been lost without his support, and highly recommend him and his team.

Tricky market, tricky house, expensive house. Not a great combination of factors. Added to that I had made an unconditional purchase and not selling was not an option. I have been in property a long time and seldom have I worked with an agent who not only keeps you fully updated but casts their net far and wide, leaving no stone unturned in the pursuit of finding the right buyer. Ramon is smart, mentally agile, always positve, honest and without fail finds solutions to the most trying situations... and we had more than our share. I have not had a good experience with Tommy's in the past but an excellent agent is an excellent agent and I would sell with Ramon again in a nanosecond.

Ramon has been so hard working and pleasant to deal with, whilst being professional at all times. He has kept me up to date on any developments in the sale process of what has been a difficult property to sell. I would, and have, had no hesitation in recommending him to anyone.

Ramon made it incredibly simple for me as the house owner. I trusted in his knowledge 100% and went along with his recommendations. I based it on him being an expert at his job, and I wasn't disappointed. My job was simply to present an attractive and well maintained/loved house. His job was to ensure all the ducks were lined up - timings; pre-sales building inspections; staging furniture; photos; advertising/marketing; open homes, etc. Negotiations were also led by Ramon. I couldn't be happier with the results and the ease of the process Ramon led me through. I highly recommend Ramon - he has a lovely manner and is always looking for the little things that will make a difference for you.

Cant recommend Ramon more highly! Being first time vendors and selling in a difficult market we were apprehensive about our agent choice but Ramon won us over with his trustworthy manner and southern charm. In hindsight we are extremely grateful to Ramon for making the whole process so easy, assisting us every step of the way, not mention his willingness to get his suit dirty on a number of occasions and availability all hours of the day. We we're grateful to have an honest agent representing us and ultimately for getting us a great result in a difficult market. Thanks Ramon.
