He has huge knowledge and experience but most of all he is honest and transparent. Ramon is my hero: three days from my property going online to signing an unconditional offer! And this, after three months of uncessful marketing with another agent. From the first meeting we had Ramon made me feel comfortable and regarded. He has clear ideas about the marketing, how the property has to look like for the sale, the appropriate price. Tricky market, tricky house, expensive house. Not a great combination of factors. Added to that I had made an unconditional purchase and not selling was not an option. I have been in property a long time and seldom have I worked with an agent who not only keeps you fully updated but casts their net far and wide, leaving no stone unturned in the pursuit of finding the right buyer. Ramon is smart, mentally agile, always positve, honest and without fail finds solutions to the most trying situations... and we had more than our share. I have not had a good experience with Tommy's in the past but an excellent agent is an excellent agent and I would sell with Ramon again in a nanosecond.
