Market Knowledge - Rahia was able to give not only myself but also my partner who has recently passed, exemplary customer service to help us comprehend the sales process i.e. going through the forever changing market situation, helping us understand the jargon and details relating to the intending sale, as well as providing up to date information re the recent sales in our area at Whakatu for comparison. Communication - Honestly without Rahia's knowledge and excellent communication skills, and being in the older age bracket, we would have been hopelessly lost, however Rahia was able to give us recommendations on how to sell the house e.g. providing assistance with fixing a front entranceway door, and even suggesting the best way to stage the property inside and out that gave us valuable selling points, especially in relation to areas she felt e.g. the courtyard, landscaping and proximity to recreational facilities across the road in the newly upgraded park, bus stop, water station, flying foxes, BBQs and fun equipment to attract younger buyers, and it worked! Professionalism - From the first instance I met Rahia, her professional assessments were amazing, providing up to date analytical and pictorial reviews of what she was able to give us, including projections re the current and future possible market values for our area, and the best method of selling, which was invaluable!
