Buying a first home is really stressful but Raewyn was helpful and supportive through the whole process. She guided me through the process and was able to answer all my questions. I felt confident in buying my property and if I needed to know anything she would be able to answer my questions
Raewyn has been amazing to work with, she took the time to organise a private viewing that suited our busy schedules. She was honest and knew the property extremely well so she was able to answer all our questions. We decided to view it a second time and in the following days she contacted us to enquire if we were interested. We never felt any pressure and when we contacted her about putting an offer in on the property she made herself available and met with us at our home, walking us through the process and was honest about other interest. Since our offer has been accepted she has continued to keep in touch, meeting with us to carry out building inspections, pre purchase inspections and even letting us put the sold sign up. I can't speak highly enough of the professional dedication, availability, and honesty she brought to the table throughout the entire home-buying process.

On arrival to an Open Home, Raewyn welcomed a busy crowd of people to view the home she was selling. What I appreciated was that we were welcomed, then left to roam and connect again after we had viewed the property. Raewyn connected with us on leaving the Oepn Home and also followed up with an email and phone call. On our second visit, Raewyn had remembered us visiting before, we waited til Raewyn had some time to connect and agreed to meet the following day to put in an offer. Raewyn explained the process of multi offers and what this would mean. I felt informed and put in my best offer. Raewyn was clearly working for the vendors to get the best price for them. I knew I had to put my best foot forward. I felt that Raewyn was extremely respectful of the entire process and this also transferred with the follow up of our contract and where to next. Raewyn has kept us in the loop and we are looking forward to setting in a matter of days. This was a 3 week turn around from signing to moving and we're very excited to be moving to a new area of North Canterbury.
