After getting an appraisal from another agent and saw the costs involved, I thought why not give it a go myself. I realized that i really didnt know enough. I was walking past your office and popped in. Raewyn was there and I recognized her. So happy to help, she came around 1 hour later. After thinking I could give selling my home ago myself, I'm so relieved that I didn't. There is so much to know. Raewyn made it extremely easy and even when things came up, that seemed to me were massive, she assured me that everything was fine and she would sort out. She did. Nothing was a problem.
