Raewyn was a very knowledgeable and helpful agent with great communication skills. She provided updates in a timely fashion, was quick to provide updates as they happened and provided relevant advice when required. I would have given Raewyn 5 stars if she was more knowledgable around the new changes in legislation i.e. the Brightline Test but otherwise I would highly recommend her to anyone else.

Raewyn sort of had market knowledge for this area she kept comparing house across the road to our house which annoyed us both,we never really got near our asking price,instead we settled for what we asked for.It was hard communicating with her over the phone as I couldnt get my point across to her frustrating having to ring all the time, in my view texting a client is NOT good enough TALKING straight to client is better then hiding behind the phone.Leaving the house after OPEN HOME was not very professional curtains not pulled back,door not close as she came in to how we left house.
