Well organised open homes and regular feedback

We saw a house we loved and messaged Raewyn. She was actually on her way to the property and invited us for a viewing. By 8pm we'd made an offer and had it accepted after a short multi-offer period. I really liked the ease of having the online sale & purchase platform, which made it easy for us to make our offer being in two different places. We had one slight road bump along they way which couldn't be helped and Raewyn made sure to contact us as soon as she was aware. All in all a great experience for us as the First time we've purchased via an agent.

I have brought and sold multiple homes and dealt with many agents and unfortunately Raewyn was probably the least favourable. Also not a fan of Ariztos online sale and purchase agreements. Sorry I hate negative reviews but warranted.
