Lovely experience and great communication

We were impressed by Rachel's professionalism and openness at our first meeting with her. As we had not sold a property before, she walked us through the process very well. While the house was on the market, she gave us regular updates on the different ways she was marketing the home, adjustments to advertising etc and sent us weekly updates on the open homes. This regular communication was much appreciated. When the home went conditional, Rachel assisted us with organising inspections and the minor works to be completed which was really helpful as we don't live locally to the property. Overall the process has been very good and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Rachel to anyone else looking to sell their home.
