Rachel Readhead

My property was a monolithic town house which was very difficult for people to get Finance on and therefore difficult to sell. It was a real roller coaster of emotions. Most offers would fall over quickly because the finance would be declined immediately but every so often there would be one that got close which was harder to take when it fell over. Rachel kept the positivity up and along with Gurvik kept looking for the next buyer. She is a good listener which I think is one of the things that makes her good as a negotiator. A good example of her negotiation stills is when I had some work done on the house which involved scaffolding on the house. This was arranged through the builder. The scaffolding was not taken down after the job was complete despite promises to the builder of when it would be done. After over a month of getting no where Rachel offered to help. She spoke to the builder and the scaffolder and the scaffolding was down in a couple of days. All the offers I was presented exceeded my expectation of sales price. There were a couple of times where multi offers were in play. When the chosen offer fell over, the second buyer would be negotiated with and the offer was always higher than the original showing the work being done behind the scenes.
