I was very apprehensive and nervous as I was about to embark on a real estate deal of selling my house all the way out in the rural area of Pongakawa. As this was my first home and was also a new build I wasn't even sure how the process would work and I was worried that my house would be undervalued and that the agent I chose to work with wouldn't put in a great effort to sell my house at top dollar.
