WOW !! What a master stroke 👍 Sales success in a tough market is never easy, and to get a sale result in under six weeks is a triumph. A testimony to her wide list of contacts and her ability to communicate so well. She has gone far beyond all expectations or possibly what another agent may do. From liaising with my tenants to getting things sorted around the property prior to settlement, Rachel has always offered her assistance or thoughts on what was needed to make for an easy transition through the settlement process.
