Just a quick note to say thanks for your excellent service during the sale of our property . We were kept up to date at all steps of the sales and contract process with regular update via email and phone . When I compare the service we got from yourself with that of the agency we bought the new property through, there is no comparison. We had very little communication from that agent, nor were issues sorted out unless I put my foot down. Once again a pleasure to deal with you and Tall Poppy we would recommend you to anyone looking to buy or sell.
She seemed to have good and up to date knowledge of the current market, however her communication skills were left wanting, especially when there was a problem and I wanted clarification. I would leave messages on her phone which were not answered for several days, the same with emails.
