Exceptional in every way

Selling your beloved family home after you have raised your babies in it and shattered a few dreams along the way didn't feel like the most exciting prospect to go into; Rachael was the first Agent we approached and we instantly connected with her and agreed we needn't chat to any others. She felt like an old friend and a much needed allie as we were wanting to sell at a particularly bad time in the market. It was important to me that whoever we chose actually loved the house and saw what we saw its potential and she totally did, so from there I trusted that she was always going to do her very best. I had a few moments where I would freak and think ahh I don't want to sell, or ahh what are we doing trying to sell at this terrible time in the market - Racheal just gracefully reminded me of our bigger picture and kept me positive and focussed, I appreciated that part more than I think she realised! My husband is very analytical and practical and I'm more emotionally driven and she has obviously developed such a great way of speaking to each partners concerns in a seemlessly light hearted but professional way; we both always felt really informed and like she had our back and was always a few steps ahead of the game anticipating what was next.
