First Home Buyers!

My husband and I were looking for our first home recently after the birth of our baby girl. One beautiful Saturday afternoon we arrived at a home and got a great vibe straight away - from both the home itself and from Rachael and Rozina. Their friendly and welcoming smiles and genuine interest in what we were looking for made everything feel so easy and natural. Rachael was realistic from the start with us on the buyers expectations as she didn’t want to waste anyone’s time. We knew with the way the market was that we had to move quickly, so we put an unconditional offer in on the Wednesday at midday and by 6pm after agreeing to the counter offer, we had bought our first home. Rachael was so genuinely excited for us, which is exactly how you’d hope an agent would be! The communication was regular and efficient and we cannot fault her professionalism. Buying a home is a big deal, especially the first one. I am so glad we met Rachael as she (and Rozina) made the experience a truly special one!
