Priyanka Ferdis

Priya helped us to find our dream first house!! She was an absolute legend right from the get go - she understood our non negotiable, deal breakers and nice to haves. Prompt in reply, made herself available for us, awesome advice and super easy to get along with. Would relish the opportunity to work with her again in the future :)

I can't rate my experience with Priya highly enough. From our initial conversation, through to the purchasing of my first home (super exciting) Priya was warm, professional, down to earth and knowledgeable. After selling our family home (a very poor experience with a another company) and then months of searching for our new home, I was exhausted by the lack of communication, dodgy antics and overall experience with the many West Auckland agents I'd encountered. Priya was such a breath of fresh air. The sale went smoothly and easily for both the vendor and I due to her fantastic way of working. Her responsiveness and understanding of the industry made things SO easy. I only with we had worked with her and Diego on our own property sale, however will recommend them to anyone wanting needing assistance in the property market. Thanks again guys!!!

Priya has an easy going, no pushy manner, very friendly and professional.

Priyanka was fantastic throughout the whole process of purchasing our home. She was always professional, responsive, patient and very helpful from start to finish. She communicated clearly, kept us updated during every stage and genuinely made the process much less stressful. Thank you again for all your help, Priyanka. We truly appreciate your support and would definitely recommend you to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

Priya was so welcoming from the get go with open transparent communication. I felt like she wasn’t just working for the seller, but for us as buyers as well. As first home buyers this process was quite daunting, but Priya helped us each step of the way; from how to put in an offer, negotiate, get conditional and then finally unconditional. We have ended up buying a home that we love, and haven’t been completely stressed and lost along the way thanks to Priya. We highly recommend reaching out!

Working with Priya was an excellent experience from start to finish. Their communication was clear and consistent, and they made the entire process feel straightforward and stress-free. They showed strong knowledge of the market and always had our best interests in mind. I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell property.
