Polly has just been successful in selling our section in Foyle St Ohakune . There were so many obstacles in Polly's way like ,Body corp ,demanding Buyers ,and even a structure beneath the section that in earlier times was part of a small Hydro scheme .This structure was concrete ,large and could cause problems with building.
