Polly and the team at NZR Ohakune, were the absolute best during my journey of buying my first home. Their market knowledge, support and communication made the process of buying easy. They made me feel comfortable and confident in buying. Ngā mihinui Polly & the team at NZR Ohakune 🫶🏽
Polly could not have been more helpful. An honest to a fault. So easy to deal with, would highly recommend to anyone looking for an agent in Ohakune.
We found Polly communicated well and kept us informed about every stage of the process. As we are out of towners Polly provided a lot of handy information about the subdivision and the Ohakune area. Would happily work with Polly in the future.
Polly and the team at NZR Central were very pleasant and easy to deal with. One of the lowest stress sale and purchases we have ever done!
Polly has great knowledge on the local market. Was willing to go out of her way to deal with queries we had. Made sure that both ourselves and the buyers were always informed of what was going on and was quite happy to act as a go-between when it came to sorting out any situation (such as working out how to handle passing over the existing house alarm account, issue with the stove dying at the last minute, etc!)
I was after a property in the Ruapehu district and lived 4 hours away. I only had a particular day that I could travel to view properties and Polly made it happen and took me through them. Very Professional, great at passing on knowledge of the region and providing the details of local professional help I needed. Very personable and enjoyed the time viewing properties with Polly. Highly recommend Polly!!!
Would recommend Poly Ingles's
Polly was professional throughout the whole process. Nothing was a problem; she arranged additional viewings for us and explained the process at every stage. I would definitely recommend her.
Polly has been great to deal with in person and byphone/text. Prompt responses and helpful with all our queries.
We found Polly to be completely professional in her knowledge and the way in which she communicated with us. She was also clear about the aspects of the legal process which we were unsure about and always willing to offer help where needed. The experience was a pleasant journey from start to finish. Thank you Polly!
Polly was very professional and kept us well informed at all times. Would definitely recommend her.
