As someone from out of town trying to navigate the selling of an elderly mother's house, Pip provided more support than what you'd expect from a real estate agent. She was clearly committed to making the process as easy as possible, both for mum and the out of town children. She also provided very clear advice on what we needed to do to prepare for the sale - especially given the implication of lockdowns due to COVID which limited our travel to assess what needed to be done. Her support did not stop after we'd come to an agreement, she also provided information on likely purchasers of extra furniture and belongings.
