Pip and Tall Poppy offered a fixed price in a market when house prices were going up and so were commission costs of other agents, but I saw no extra effort for the money with other agents wanting 16% which worked out to 4k extra. I was dubious I may get less if a service with a fixed fee but this is not the case, Pip and her team put 100% into this , we were happy with the price, the purchaser.
