Pip and Tall Poppy offered a fixed price in a market when house prices were going up and so were commission costs of other agents, but I saw no extra effort for the money with other agents wanting 16% which worked out to 4k extra. I was dubious I may get less if a service with a fixed fee but this is not the case, Pip and her team put 100% into this , we were happy with the price, the purchaser. Pip responded to our calls instantly, Pip also arranged jobs to be done as we were not near the property. I was pleased to be contacted my her piers too just checking in **Thoroughly recommend**

As someone from out of town trying to navigate the selling of an elderly mother's house, Pip provided more support than what you'd expect from a real estate agent. She was clearly committed to making the process as easy as possible, both for mum and the out of town children. She also provided very clear advice on what we needed to do to prepare for the sale - especially given the implication of lockdowns due to COVID which limited our travel to assess what needed to be done. Her support did not stop after we'd come to an agreement, she also provided information on likely purchasers of extra furniture and belongings. Would I recommend Pip -yes, would I use her again - in a heart beat.
