I felt that I presented my house in its best light and expressed to Phil how I would like it marketed. He followed my direction and on the first open home the new owners were their to view. His manner although, old school polite at times was pushy and emotionally manipulative , traits which I had expressed on our first meeting I did not appreciate in a real estate agent. When he announced it was a “fluke” that the house sold I knew that the his filter was not working and really had to hold my tongue . When the sale was unconditional and the last inspection was done I received a call from him asking when all my stuff would be gone cos there was still junk everywhere...... one trailer load and still with two days till I legally had to be out...... Phil made a stressful time even more stressful. He talked himself up yet the house sold itself with online photos and one open home. I don’t really know what else to say .
