Recently when selling my Mother's house we discovered that it had no Code Compliance Certificate normally this would kill a sale dead. However Phil managed the relationship whereby we had the necessary time to obtain the certificate and the Purchaser was kept informed as to where we were in regards to the progress. This was not a quick process and the weeks it took to finally achieve certification were stressful but Phil kept the communication flowing and the sale was completed. Phil had also sold my own home and his calm, personable approach and with the ability to think outside of the square is both confidence building and reassuring, I would recommend Phil and have done so to anyone thinking of selling their home.
