Recently when selling my Mother's house we discovered that it had no Code Compliance Certificate normally this would kill a sale dead. However Phil managed the relationship whereby we had the necessary time to obtain the certificate and the Purchaser was kept informed as to where we were in regards to the progress. This was not a quick process and the weeks it took to finally achieve certification were stressful but Phil kept the communication flowing and the sale was completed.
