Positive and professional during a demanding marketing period.

As I hadnt sold or bought for 62years I found the market different. He helped to calm my fears of moving into an appartment after living in a 3 bedroom house.

They communicated with us regularly but we’re supposed to send information to our daughter but didn’t get it. I did think that when the offer was put in and also the counter offer we were a bit rushed to sig it.

Although we're not quite there yet. Things seem to be on track and hopefully we'll see our new apt on Saturday for our final inspection, which we're looking forward to. We would highly recommend Phil to anyone who cares to ask.
