Before signing Phil and Adam Mitchell, we read their Harcourts information pack and took from this the emphasis placed on the importance of choosing your agents. Being our first ever market listing (we sold our first home in Glenfield privately in 2004), we did not really know what to expect so we then took the opportunity to hold discussions with 4-separate REA teams before choosing our agents.
