The low selling fee was the main draw but on meeting Liz and Phil I was sold. They were both very friendly, listened to my concerns and fears, putting me at ease straight away. As a first home seller they made the selling process very easy, and stress free.
I chose Total Realty as Phil and Liz were very professional and so easy to talk to. They were the cheapest in fees and commissions. Phil and Liz put me at ease right from the time they came to do the appraisal and were so easy to talk to and answered all my questions. They also came prepared with paperwork telling me what they thought it could sell for.
