Wise council from Peter allowed for the best outcome we could possibly expect. Sections dont always sell quickly but by cleverly promoting , Peter had deals on the table within the month.

Peter was very easy to deal with throughout the buying process and was very easy to communicate with. He was able to answer any questions and was very easy to work with. We were a bit disappointed on settlement day as we didn't hear from Peter personally and since this is our first home we would have expected to hear from him on settlement day rather than his PA. We had issues with the entry keys but Peter got onto sorting that with the vendor.
I had intentions of seeing at least 3 agents, Peter was the 1st one I meet, brilliant no need to see anyone else. Peter immediately made me feel super comfortable with the whole thing being my 1st sale of my 1st ever home. I figured this whole thing would be stressful but not the case at all I was guided the whole way by Peter, he did exactly what he said he would do when he said he would do it and for me that was Diamond service. Due to sad circumstances we needed to sell the family home after 60 years. He arranged a comprehensive appraisal, not over the top with marketing strategies and within budget. On line advertising is now the best way. We were reluctant to go to auction but it was the best thing we that could have done, and to stage the house. Open homes attracted more interest than we thought, and Peter bought in the empty Council bin saving me a trip to the empty house. Peter made very good suggestions to get the property into a saleable condition, so thank you. Thanks pre settlement to arranging a final inspection, and removing the SOLD sign just before settlement happened.

Having to sell our Mum's house was going to be a fraught experience or so we had thought.. With Peter, my brothers and I were expertly guided through the process with clear communication, patience in explaining the legal requirements and the timeline involved around selling a house. From when we engaged Peter (We did comparisons and researched his past Sales and Listings), right through to the "Sold" sticker on the For Sale sign, it has been evident that you need to have expert help and Peter is at the top of his game.
